-ثبت نام ریالی فقط مخصوص عزیزان داخل کشور میباشد و عزیزان خارج از کشور به صورت دلاری می بایست ثبت نام کنند.
-در صورتی که پرداخت شما ریالی و از داخل ایران انجام شود و ساکن ایران نباشید تیم یوگا ویت می هیچ مسئولیت و تعهدی نسبت به ارائه خدمات به شما نخواهد داشت.
-توجه داشته باشید دسترسی دوره ها برای عزیزان ساکن ایران و خارج ایران متفاوت است.
-دقت کنید که با توجه به شرایط متفاوت در طول زمان احتمال تغییرات در روند برگزاری دوره ها وجود دارد.
-با توجه به برنامه‌ریزی دقیق کلاسها، امکان لغو ثبت‌نام یا انصراف از دوره پس از نهایی‌شدن پرداخت وجود ندارد.
-هیچ‌گونه بازپرداخت وجه، به هر دلیل، انجام نخواهد شد.
-کلیه محتوای ارائه‌شده در جلسات، اعم از فایل‌های آموزشی، ویدیوها، صدا و تصاویر متعلق به برگزارکننده دوره بوده و هرگونه ضبط، ذخیره، بازنشر یا اشتراک‌گذاری آن بدون مجوز کتبی، اکیداً ممنوع است.
-لطفا قبل از نهایی کردن سفارش سبد خریدتون رو با دقت چک کنید چون بعد از پرداخت وجه به هیچ عنوان امکان کنسل کردن و بازگرداندن وجه یا انتقال دوره به ماه بعد وجود ندارد.
-تمام محتوای ارائه شده، برای استفاده شخصی، و نه تجاری، کاربران است. تمام محتوا، اطلاعات و متریالهایی که در خدمات و کالاها وجود دارد (شامل -و نه محدود به- مقاله‌ها، بلاگ، ویدیو، فایل صوتی، ایمیل، پیام، تصویرسازی، تصاویر) که به طور کلی به آن «محتوا» اطلاق میشود، بر اساس قانون کپی‌رایت محافظت شده و متعلق به یوگا ویت می است.
-بر اساس قانون کپی‌رایت، کاربر حق هیچ‌گونه تغییر، انتشار، توزیع، انتقال، مشارکت در فروش مجدد، بازتولید، نمایش و هیچ گونه بهره‌برداری از محتوای خدمات ذکر شده در بند قبل را ندارد، که میتواند شامل کل محتوا یا بخش‌هایی از آن باشد.
-استفاده تجاری، کپی کردن و هر نوع ذخیره محتوا بدون اجازه کتبی از یوگا ویت می ممنوع است. دقت کنید که مدت زمان دسترسی به محتوای کلاسها در ابتدای دوره عنوان میشود و ذخیره فایلها جهت دسترسی طولانی‌تر، غیرقانونی است.
-هرگونه تخطی از موارد گفته شده برای یوگا ویت می این حق را ایجاد میکند که اکانت خاطی را ملغی کرده و دسترسی او را به سرویس‌ها، کالاها و خدمات در هر زمانی قطع نماید و یا به مراجع قانونی شکایت کند.
ثبت نام شما به معنای پذیرفتن تمامی بند های فوق است.
